Consmos industrial aluminum profiles cover two core product families. T-slot profiles build strong, flexible machine frames, workbenches, conveyor systems and modular structures for industrial automation. Solar mounting profiles support photovoltaic panels in rooftop, ground-mount and carport systems.
From profile design and extrusion to surface finishing, machining and fabrication, we support projects with both standard profiles and customized solutions — all under one in-house supply chain.
Complex sections are our specialty: 28 extrusion presses from 600 T to 4,000 T and a library of 40,000+ existing molds let us launch intricate industrial cross-sections quickly — with new mold tooling refunded after 5 tons of production.

T-Slot Profiles & Custom Solutions
T-slot profiles are the modular backbone of industrial equipment — machine guards, workstations, conveyor frames, automation racks, 3D-printer frames, equipment enclosures and production lines. Slot-based assembly means no welding: bolt together, adjust and rebuild as requirements change.
Solar Mounting Structures
Consmos supplies customized aluminum profiles for solar photovoltaic projects — solar panel frames, ground & rooftop mounting brackets, support rails and connecting & fixing accessories. Q: Can you deliver fabricated, ready-to-assemble parts rather than raw bars?Yes. We provide cutting, punching, bending and welding to drawing, plus protective packaging suitable for direct line-side delivery.
