We adopt national-standard aluminum billets as raw materials. Quality raw materials are the foundation of premium finished products.

Extrusion Workshop

Twenty-seven extrusion production lines ranging from 600T to 4000T can produce a wide variety of complex-section aluminum profiles.

Aging Production Line

Aging treatment improves the strength and hardness of aluminum alloy profiles after extrusion.

Powder Coating

Vertical and horizontal coating lines support different profile formats, with daily output of up to 40 tons.

Anodizing

Complete anodizing options include champagne, black, copper, golden and other colors made to project requirements.

Sandblasting

Automatic sandblasting lines create matte and fog-finish metallic decorative effects.

Wood Grain Transfer

Eco-friendly wood-grain finishing is available for aluminum profiles in a wide selection of patterns.

Packing

Multiple packing solutions can be customized around the profile, handling method and customer requirements.

Warehouse

A 2,000 square meter warehouse supports standardized inventory and finished-goods management.

Container Loading

Four loading docks provide daily loading capacity of up to 300 tons for efficient shipment planning.
